This is a custom trip geared toward your interests. You can spend your days with intensive ice climbing instruction, working on beginner to advanced skills, focus on techniques for anchor placement for climbing on your own, or learn glacier safety and crevasse rescue skills. Camp nearby and make this a multi-day learning opportunity. You can gear your trip toward exploring the glacier or climbing the many different ice walls. No experience necessary.

Change Fee Policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

TRAVEL TIME TO SUTTON ALASKA FROM:
Anchorage: 2 to 2 1/2 hours
Palmer: 1 1/2 hours
Wasilla: 1 1/2 to 2 hours
Valdez: 4 to 4 1/2 hours
Glennallen: 2 hours
Denali: 6 - 8 hours (via Wasilla)
Seward: 5 - 6 hours
Fairbanks: 7 - 8 hours (via Tok and Glenallen)

No experience necessary, but participants should be in good physical condition.
