The Missouri River is a gorgeous river with lots of history. Lewis and Clark had their first encounter with the Teton Sioux Indians at the mouth of the Bad River as they passed through the area. Wildlife is abundant, and the scenery is spectacular. Any of our trips on the Missouri will give you a new sense of South Dakota.
Each trip takes you through some of the most diverse environments on the Missouri River. We will pass by beautiful sand beaches with trees overhanging the river, flooded timber, sand bars, even an area where the river runs for miles through an island.

If you want to be miles from anyone, truly in the wild, the White River is for you. While you can expect the ultimate outdoor experience from either river, they are water, and do come into contact with dirt, so be prepared to get a little wet and muddy. Don't worry, you'll dry and most of the dirt will wash off.
